I applied online. I received a phone call to set up a telephone interview with the recruiter. The interview went well. A few days later I got a call for a face to face interview with a branch manager and regional. The interview last about 45 minutes and they said I would hear back by the end of the following week. I sent a couple emails and called several times with no response. Finally, after a month and a half, the online staus changed to no longer in consideration. Very disappointed that I did not receive a professional response from the company.

It seemed to go well, but this job is for a certain type of person. You must be a go getter, you will work long hours, and you have to be a great multi tasked. You will be required to go out and drum up business as well. A typical day working here is making sales calls to former clients, making collection calls and taking care of phone calls and closing any loans. They require about 20 a month. One thing to remember is that this job you wear many hats and it takes close to a year to be comfortable in your job.
