      Good hours, but pay and bonuses are disappointing

      Benefits ok but have been downgrading a little every year. Hours are good

      Cons

      Pay is awful and bonus program is weak. They try to make you think it’s a sales team but pay like a low end retail store.

      Great boss and flexibility, but no remote options

      Flexibility, autonomy, and I personally have a great boss.

      Cons

      No remote work for branch employees even with a disability ADA request it gets declined.
