Interview
Very quick interview. Detailed with job expectations. I was told what I would like, What I may not and the opportunities for advancement. I decided there was much better that I could attribute my talents to for much better pay. I thanked them for their frankness and sincerity.

3 phone calls first with recruiter then one team then final hiring manager.
Very organized. Everyone was pleasant and professional.
Business casual environment. Zoom worked great. As a candidate, the interview process typically begins with a screening call from a recruiter, followed by one or more interviews with hiring managers and team members. These may include technical assessments, behavioral questions, and situational problem-solving exercises. Each step offers an opportunity to demonstrate your skills, experience, and cultural fit. The process often concludes with a final round—either a panel or executive interview—after which feedback and an offer decision are communicated. Throughout, clear communication, preparation, and follow-ups are key to success.
