Interview
Testing is relatively more difficult than other firms. Interview process of 30 min case interview and 30 min Cv interview. The problem I was given in the case interview involved car insurance and reinsurance, it was difficult to construct a framework around it, which was ultimately the reason given for me not progressing further.

How many ping pong balls can you fit in a 747. Key assumptions: size of ball, Empty fuselage?, tapering of the shape at tail end etc
1–2 case interviews with consultants. Each interview included:
A short fit/behavioral section
One interviewer-led case
Cases were strategy-focused and less formulaic than MBB. Emphasis on structured thinking, prioritization, and clear communication rather than memorized frameworks. Some quantitative analysis but more judgment-based.
