I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Ciudad de Mexico) in Mar 2019
Interview
The firsts interview was through internet from de NY offices, after that there was a 4 hour appointment in the CDMX offices to do a skill exman a 2 more 1:1 interviews. After all this effort there was a total lack of follow up from the company to all emails asking for status of the process or if it was still active. We, as candidates dedicated time and effort to the process and it is important for the company to at least inform if we are still in the running or not.

Question 1
What do you think is complicated about working with Millenials?
Round one was a video interview with someone from HR. She seemed pleasant and spoke as if I had a good chance. The interviewer never followed up despite this impression and my sending a follow-up.
Took about 4 weeks, and got an offer afterwards. Everyone was friendly and had knowledge about the industry. I interviewed with 5x people on the team, all from hr to partners.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview process was great and they came back saying they had positive things to say about me but they’ll go for someone else. It was really weird as it wasn’t one person they were recruiting for. I thought the interview was great but the outcome was disappointing
