Interview
I applied online, and received the first round interview invitation 1 week after the application deadline. The interview was 1 week after I received the invitation. The interview session consists of two 30 minute one-to-one interviews. One will be a Case based interview and the other will be a CV based interview. Both interviewers were really nice. For the case one, when I couldn't find a clear direction, the interviewer guided and helped me with some hint.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Sydney) in Mar 2026
Interview
First, we are given an AI interview with questions to answer on video. They only give 45 s to answer questions. Then there was a face-to-face interview, where it is 2 x 45 mins, where it is the same thing with 2 different people on seperate occasions.
First you take an online assessment. There are two rounds. First is one hour: half case, half behavioral. The first round is with younger analysts. Everyone was nice and supportive, also was on zoom.
2 rounds
R1: 30 min case 30 min behavioral. Case and behavioral weren’t difficult and seemed more like a vibe check.
R2: 2 x 30 min cases and 30 min behavioral (this interview was with much mkre Senior leadership)
