Applied online; a month later, called in for a group interview; called in for a individual interview. The process after the first call took about a week. In the group interview, you had to stand out. I think they ended up hiring me and one other person out of a the group of 10. During the individual interview, they make you talk to customers to see how you interact.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!
