I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Chesapeake, VA) in Dec 2013
Interview
The process seemed disorganized and dragged out. The second interview was rescheduled twice with two different interviewers, then a month went by between the contingent job offer and the background check coming through. That being said, the interviews themselves were fairly basic. The questions were standard and expected. It was more conversational and relaxed than stiff and formal.
