I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Irvine, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
My interview process differed a lot from all of my coworkers because I was actually interviewed alone. The hiring manager ended up taking me into an office where she just had me sit and answer some questions. We went a bit in depth into some of the questions, but after that she said she really liked me and offered me a job. She even gave me the opportunity to decide if I wanted to be part of the morning team or the sales floor team. (My coworkers were asked questions in groups, and at the end of their interview they were tasked with coming up w/ an outfit for a prompt they were given (ie a dinner date))
Very easy, ask about availability and strengths/weaknesses, when you made mistakes, schooling, and what that schedule looks like, if you are looking for seasonal, part time, full time, how many days ideally you could work, do you have a solid mode of transportation
