I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Burlington, NC) in Sep 2012
Interview
I was taken to the back of the store with three other potential employees with the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked us questions like "When have you gone above and beyond at your job or at school?" We were also told to sell the brand credit card, which I already had experience with because I had worked at a Gap Outlet. I received a call a couple of days later to meet with the head store manager for a one on one interview. She asked a question that surprisingly stumped me. "Can you tell me something special about yourself?" I'm not one usually to boast so it through me off a bit.

Tell me something special about yourself and when have you gone above and beyond at your job
I applied online. I interviewed at Old Navy (Huntsville, AL)
Interview
They asked me about Old Navy as a brand, remember that they are an established family outfitter. They asked me to put together an outfit for a certain occasion and tested my customer sales ability. Not a difficult process!
Friendly staff and management. Interview was fast. They explained the full hiring process and what a day would look like for me. Great location. There was two interview processes. It was easy to speak with management and other staff members.
It was very fast and efficient. They just asked simple questions to see if your able to do the job. I would recommend any one working there. They got me caught up on each step.
