I was hired in the summer, so we had a group interview, and I was later called back for an individual interview with the store manager. The group interview made people act a bit show-offy, and mostly the outgoing were chosen for the job.

In the group interview, they had us pick out an outfit for a hypothetical customer based on their needs.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
