I applied online and called to follow up a week later.
Someone called me back a couple days later and asked a few questions.
Two days later i went to what was supposed to be a group interview (no one else showed).
Overall it was pretty chill. There were two parts to it. For the first part the hiring manager and I had a conversation while walking around the store. I also made an outfit using clothes on display as part of an interview activity.
For the second part the general manager asked me a series of standard interview questions, also while in the store. I was offered the job on the spot.
Both managers seemed like outgoing and easy-going people.
