I went through a pretty cool multi-part interviewing process - it started off with a phone call where I was asked basic questions like why I applied, why I wanted to work for Octopus, my availability, that kind of thing. Then I had a really cool in-person group interview/assessment! There were about 7 of us, and we had to do group activities like ranking priority items in a given scenario, having debates, and writing out emails to example customers. Afterwards, I had a 1:1 interview with one of the managers, which was really friendly and informal!
