      Fast progression, good training, hybrid working

      Cons

      VERY high and stressful workload, high turnover rate, unpaid overtime, no work/life balance, you are “progressed” to new roles but they are just add-ons to the role of energy specialist, so you are juggling multiple jobs at the same time.

      Pros

      The flexibility, diversity, multicultural environment, and strong support for working mothers are the key reasons I choose to stay here. I truly appreciate the inclusive and supportive workplace. Thank you!

      There are not many barriers, but progressing vertically within the organization is not straightforward because the process and expectations are not clearly defined. Greater clarity on the steps and requirements for career advancement would make progression easier to navigate.

      Great company ethos at executive level

      Cons

      The company keeps reducing the amount of time for installations. It has reached the point where the only way i can meet the times is by reducing the quality of my work and cutting corners. The company claims to be a great employer, maybe if you're in a call centre it is. But I'm a field role, not seeing another employee for weeks, constantly being pushed by decreasing timescales, it's pretty miserable.
