I applied online, and worked alongside the lovely Aasimah at instant impact who guided me through the process she was helpful and knowledgeable throughout, really fantastic. The process consisted of a phone interview, then Skype interview followed by a numerical and verbal reasoning test. Finally I attended a discovery day with Octopus energy before hearing the outcome. Every process I was kept informed which is a believe is a real comfort when applying and going through an interview process. Everyone during the discovery day were fantastic, all really friendly and approachable. As this process of online interviewing is new for a lot of companies in the current covid crisis, I honestly cannot fault anyone at Octopus the day was seamless and really informative throughout. The same applies for Aasimah at instant impact. It was great. Thank you to everyone involved.
