Inititally applied online. Got invited to a phone screen with the recruiter. This was followed by an additional interview with a VP and Associate on the team. The interviews were more behavioral and were tailored to why I wanted to join the team and company. Whole process took about a month and was efficient.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nuveen in Dec 2018

Easy phone interview. The manager was super nice. Other interns were brought into the office, but I was not from the area. Have your resume in front of you if you have the option. It was great to reference what they were asking.
