Had two interviews. Then recruiter ghosted me. Both interviews went well. I pinged them in 3 weeks and was ignored. Very disrespectful. I Don't recommend to join Nuro. Very unprofessional recruiters. It takes near 30 second to make a polite answer.
Recruiter and domain rounds went fine. I asked about the coding challenge, and the recruiter said, “We usually ask more applied questions, not LC problems for the initial coding challenge.”
Interview starts, and woalla! A completely random LC question with zero relevance to the job. They didn’t even bother to copy and paste the original problem statement and examples from LC. Interviewer also said "yeah, we don't really deal with these kind of problems at work but here you go"!
Cant wait for AI to pull the plug on LeetCode for good
