Interview
It was very awkward and curt. I eventually got promoted and was told all of the tactics used on all prospective employees. They purposefully make you uncomfortable and talk down to you to “instill a sense of professionalism”.

Interview
I interviewed with Erica, she was pleasant and personable. I felt at ease when I spoke to her she seemed to positive and approachable. She had my resume in hand so we discussed the values of working for yourself and making your own work schedule. I saw this as a plus. I enjoyed the professional atmosphere which was quiet and serious. As a mature person with a Masters, I can appreciate working with and for grown ups.
