Apply through career portal, up on Shortlisting and Initial screening followup multiple times with HR to setup initial round. Then Technical round with on-site. At the end on-site leadership says I will have further round soon and if we check with hr they say rejected. Heard hr is biased and clear tie up candidates though they speak a lot about conflict of interest. HR sucks here

1/2 Interviewers didn't turn up. The other interviewer had not read my CV nor did they know which role I was applying for. They didn't introduce themselves but went straight into my intro and scenario questions. Cold experience which didn't allow me to learn anything about Novartis nor the role
