Process was not well organized, people were not prepared and that was a lot of confusion around. Process was realy late and not professional but the next stages were better.

Interview
Very smooth and informal, the company was getting interns for the first time in a while and they gave us a wide level of flexibility. We all made our internship what we wanted it to be based on our interest and it went very well.
