I interviewed at Novartis (Cairo, Cairo Governorate)
Interview
The interview process was structured and multi-stage, typically starting with an initial HR screening to assess background and motivation. This was followed by one or more technical or competency-based interviews with hiring managers, focusing on role-specific knowledge, problem-solving, and communication skills. In some cases, a final panel interview was conducted. Overall, the process was professional, transparent, and focused on both technical fit and cultural alignment.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Novartis
Interview
The interview process began with an assessment stage that comprised of some MCQs. Then I was later invited for the first stage interview. It was a 5-member panel. Each asked me series of questions. The questions center around the core values of the company and to know if the potential employee adapts well for that role.
Although they were liberal during rhe interview, I still feel the interview process is flawed. The fact that the first line manager has an upper hand in the decision making makes the whole process flawed.
