I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Norwood Crossing (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Phone interview with HR, in-person interview with HR and Director of Life Enrichment, a second round of in-person interviews with the director and staff of the department you would work with. Basic questions to get to know you, ask how you have dealt with conflict, and seeing if you are a good fit in first two interviews. More difficult and specific questions about experience and knowledge when you get to the third round of interviews. These included a few behavioral scenarios, "what would you do if this happened" type of questions.

Question 1
What unique skills or talents can you bring to the position?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Norwood Crossing (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2015
Interview
Had a phone interview with the hr director, after that was asked to come in for an in person interview. I had a group interview with the hr director, manager and coordinator. Interview seem to go well. When I got home I sent thank you emails and cards to everyone I met and got no response which I felt was very rude and ignorant, they could at least responded back with a thank you. Also pay is very low at this company, 40K for a full cycle recruiter is a joke.
Also seemed like they were trying to get ides on how to source candidates. I would be careful with this job. Seems more entry level.
