I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (McLean, VA)
Interview
The process was good, they were very interested in me and enjoyed talking to me. The main problem was their "project 200" which entailed me listing 200 names of people above the age of 23 that I could sell insurance to... which seemed exactly like cutco and other companies. Because of this I immediately rejected the offer and didn't want it.

Question 1
What is a weakness you could highlight that youve recently worked on?
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
