Interview
Did initial and secondary interview before I declined to move forward. They followed the same format by bolstering the program and educational aspects, along with the exorbitant internship salary. They were very standoffish about any questions about the company process and I finally severed the relationship when asked to provide contact info for 30 friends and family to "build my leads list".
Casual, not too stressful. Wanted to know if I could fit into the role, asked basic questions. It seemed a little bit scripted/not authentic. Ultimately decided the position wasn't for me.

Interview
The first round is more of an info-session and then two rounds follow that with other members in the company. Everyone there has a hussle mentality and are straight forward.
Met with the recruiter and was asked basic interview questions. Later received a follow-up personality survey and a chance to interview later in the week with an associate. Ultimately did not think the position was right for me.
