The interview process was very untraditional from your average internship interview. We were all brought into the office for round one and met with a manager first thing. The later rounds were more focused on what your business potential was based on your current network.

The interviewer was casual in his tone and the conversation often led to me asking him questions instead of the other way around, very odd energy for a job interview.
