I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Baltimore, MD) in Nov 2025
Interview
Interviewed over zoom with an upper level technical director. Explained to me the company culture/history/what the do, opened it up for questions on my part. Asked some basic questions and then he quizzed me on the stuff on my resume to verify I know everything there (So in my case state machines, RTL coding, metastability, timing, etc). Questions weren't too crazy but were entirely based on my resume. Only issue was that the interview had to be rescheduled twice due to issues on the interviewers/HRs part.

Question 1
Can you explain how you would interface finite state machines together in a design?
Very simple 45 minute behavioral interview, normal behavioral questions asking about things on your resume like projects and past internships, as well as teamwork. Nothing technical or too hard that would leave you scratching your head.
