Excellent with opportunity to meet HR, team leader and co-workers as well as seeing around the office . Formal competency based questions covering all aspects of jd and chance to ask questions at the end
I applied online through the Northrop Grumman careers site in mid-January. A recruiter reached out within 5 days for a quick 15-minute phone screen to confirm my experience and interest in defense work. They scheduled a 60-minute panel interview with my hiring manager and two senior software engineers the following week.

did not get job. Interviewer did not seem interested in interviewing. Very lonely place to work in. Commute is not that bad. Huge area to work in. Not my cup of tea
