I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Orlando, FL) in Mar 2022
Interview
Was a quick 15-20 minute call discussing my background and technical expertise. Video call was with four other people and not alot of conversation was reciprocated by the interviewers. Felt like I was just talking to myself for 20 minutes. I was in a pretty care free mood and did not really care if I landed the job because I thought it was going to be a very competitive position. They offered the job the next day.
I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Huntsville Park, AL)
Interview
Technical questions and behavioral questions (STAR formatting) with the normal what draws you to work for us. Microsoft Teams meeting with a panel to review answers. Took roughly 1 hour and it was a very straightforward and easily made process.
Formal, not too stressful. Ensures you understand the basics and thay you know what you're talking about as you may be getting interviewed by somebody that's technical at some point.
The interview process was fairly straightforward; I have applied in March 2026 and got an interview in April 2026. It was a video interview on Teams with two other team members, just under an hour.
