I had an approximately 30-minute phone screen with a representative from the Roy campus. The interview consisted of questions that correlated to Northrop Grumman's core values. There were about four of them.

Initial recruiter call, then 4-5 person panel interview for 1 hour. The panelist was primarily behavioral and asked for experience with CS and leadership. Recruiter call was just verifying school information.

Mostly conversational interview process with strong emphasis on personality screening. This was conducted over a couple of phone calls, one with HR and one with an engineering manager. There was no technical interview whatsoever
