I was told by the recruiter that I’d have an in person panel interview. When I got there I met with two people who were managers and then two leads of programs joined and asked their own questions. It was simple and painless.

Thorough and standard interview to assess your level. Mainly asked me to introduce myself and what kind of experience I have. After the interview, I was given an offer in a week.
