Sent in my resume then received a phone call and the manger gave me an interview. A week later received an email that I got an offer. Very straight forward and fast.

Initial recruiter call, then 4-5 person panel interview for 1 hour. The panelist was primarily behavioral and asked for experience with CS and leadership. Recruiter call was just verifying school information.

Mostly conversational interview process with strong emphasis on personality screening. This was conducted over a couple of phone calls, one with HR and one with an engineering manager. There was no technical interview whatsoever
