In person with 3 interviewers from the company. Interview was an even split of questions and explanation of the role. Questions were largely general, with any technical questions being very simple.

Basic behavioral questions about challenges in a team environment. Questions specific to your experience on your resume. Some questions about any experience working with Systems Engineering tools and processes. Interview was very laid back and conversational.

Describe a time you encountered a challenge in a project. What steps did you take to resolve the situation?
The interview was easy. They don’t ask any tech questions. It was 3 people in a panel in zoom. They just talk about your background. After week or so I got the offer.
Not many technical questions. If any, they were simple and were fishing to see how I reacted and to determine my thought process.
Was more conversational. Only two people in the call.
