In this case I received an internal referral from a top executive so my biggest disappointment - not reflective of the professional posture exhibited by competitor Lockheed Martin's recruiters - is I was ghosted. Even with having an internal referral from the VP-level hiring manager and running through one round of a panel interview, it's really disappointing that there was no intention to circle back with me. At least set the expectation in advance. Senior level positions... no, all positions... should have the same level of professional courtesy.
