I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Chandler, AZ) in Mar 2019
Interview
Went through a phone screening that lasted twelve minutes. I then was interviewed a month later by two teams, a senior management group and team lead group. The interview lasted one hour. Most questions revolved around where I would fit within the project.
The people were very nice and professional, but the process kept being delayed. One week almost always turned into one month for everything.

What course subjects would you consider to be your strongest.
I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Rolling Meadows, IL)
Interview
Simple process, less focused on technical questions and more about your personal experience and what you bring to the table. Mine started with a HR phone screen, then I went to an in person panel interview
30 minute call with a hiring manager. Very Low level knowledge discussed. Just talked about school projects. Very nice people to talk to and interview with. Extremely easy interview with this company.
Standard interview asking about your personality and experiences followed by behavioral STAR questions. Had some connection issues during the interview which hampered my ability to answer questions fully. Sometimes they asked for more specificity on questions that I answered very specifically, which tripped me up.
