I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman
Interview
Behavioral interview nothing out of the ordinary. Interviewed with two young professionals, insisted that the interview be conversational to make the process less stressful for both sides. Had my resume and transcripts printed out and asked questions about them

Question 1
greatest weakness, excel experience, why NGC, tell me about yourself, greatest accomplishment
I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Sep 2018
Interview
Northrop Grumman came to visit my college and I got details on how to apply then. I submitted my resume on their website and got an interview 2 weeks later. It was a 45 minute interview in person with 2 managers (not hiring managers, but actual program/project managers). I was asked 6 or 7 complex behavioral interview questions, then time was up. Nothing regarding my resume or skills were even touched upon. Almost every question asked for detailed descriptions of how I responded professionally in highly difficult situations and what the results were. They were friendly and warm people but the questions were intense to answer on the spot.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you were forced to make a split-second, pivotal decision. What were your choices and why did you select the choice you made? Was it the correct choice? Why?
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Nov 2017
Interview
First interacted with Northrop Grumman at my university's career day. Simply talked to them about their business management opportunities, handed them my resume, and went on my way. I received an email about a week or so later asking me to sign up for an interview slot. I interviewed with them about three weeks after initial contact. There was just one behavioral interview and my interviewers were very nice and open to everything I had to say.
