I did one in-person interview where we discussed the position and my qualifications. There were a variety of technical knowledge questions, but none that involved writing code. The offer came about a month later.

Technical questions involved explaining various computer science concepts.
Initial recruiter call, then 4-5 person panel interview for 1 hour. The panelist was primarily behavioral and asked for experience with CS and leadership. Recruiter call was just verifying school information.

Mostly conversational interview process with strong emphasis on personality screening. This was conducted over a couple of phone calls, one with HR and one with an engineering manager. There was no technical interview whatsoever
