Northland Power interview questions

I was contacted by an external recruiter with whom I had an initial screening interview followed by an interview with the hiring manager and an in-house recruiter. The interview itself was pleasant no unusual questions and seemed like a great team. Unfortunately after the interview I had no feedback and radio silence from the company despite being told they would come back to me shortly, until after almost 1.5 months I received a rejection email from the external recruiter. Appreciate internal processes are sometimes slow but some sort of update or timeline would have been helpful
