Long process, first interview was recording answers to predetermined questions, with no interaction with a person. Strange way to do things. Overall not a difficult interview, but it took awhile to hear anything back.

STAR interview questions where you give a situation, what you did, and how it turned out. About 10 questions overall of various situations. Questions are geared towards safety, job fit, education, etc.
