I applied on Company website and got a call in weeks time from the HR. There were 3 technical rounds followed by an HR Round. my recruiter was a phenomenal support throughout all the stages and I never faced any challenge reaching her or clearing any doubts I had during the entire process. Post my compensation discussion it took about 2.5 weeks for Nokia to release the offer. Overall the process was completed in a month. Absolutely seamless and transparent process.
