Interview
First they conducted the online test it was based on DBMS and aptitude questions. From the 120 members they selected 16 members then they go for the skype interview with 2 HR's it was full of behavioural and situation question. Then they go through your project fully you must be thorough with your project.
They asked about oops, sql queries and two problems to solve, each were easy to moderate level and it was based on arrays and strings, overall experience was average for me. It was face to face interview.
Just an assessment and a 10 minutes interview with the line manager explaining the possition and hear your questions. Basic assessment with simple programming questions and a small code to implement. From the interview site there was no technical questions. No HR people on the call

highly competitive, were looking for one to two people only out of a large unspecified pool. Other than that, the people there were nice for the most part so take it easy.
