Interview
Boss called me twice and asked me basic questions. They wanted to know how familiar with the city I was and how I could help them out. I never actually saw my boss until months after I was hired, it was all over the phone which made the process a little easier on the mind.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Nextdoor in Jan 2014
Interview
The hiring process was fairly easy. Most of it was done over the phone. I was first interviewed over the phone by a field manager and then called by the regional manager the next day. The process took less than a week.
During the interviews themselves, I was asked basic questions about my experience and my resume. The interviews were quite standard. I never felt like I was thrown for a loop or challenged.
