New Balance CSA - Customer Service Associate interview questions

The whole process went smooth, first phone call form the recruiter, then online interview with a manager. As the last phase, I was invited for the final interview to the office. I was then interviewed by two people, all the questions were specific for the role, but also to verify weather you are a good fit for the team. Some specific questions regarding particular situation were asked to check what your solution would be. They were very friendly, clear and professional at the same time. Good experience until that point. I was then informed that they would have let me know until certain day. I never heard from them until now. Such a shame, they seemed really professional at the beginning. I really hate when companies do that, like seriously, think about all these people that have other options, need to give their answers and just wait for you to confirm on the given date and that never happens. In my opinion this is very disrespectful. Otherwise, would have called it really great experience. Even if I don’t get the job, I get it. You have a lot of talented candidates, it is hard to select one but why can’t they just say so everyone can move on.
