I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Netflix (Berlin) in Apr 2024
Interview
The interview process started with a chat with HR, followed by a sit-down with the hiring manager. Then, I had a panel interview with four stakeholders, each focusing on a specific aspect of the job.
Finally, there were two rounds with management.
The UK recruiting team was consistently quick to respond and helpful between each stage, providing feedback, answering questions, and keeping things moving smoothly. Overall, it was a really positive experience!

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Netflix
Interview
Straightforward process, with 3 interviews: recruiter, hiring manager, peer interview. highlighting so much on the experience you have, quite chaotic but transparent with the process and what they are looking for. Very performance based.
