I reached out to a number of recruiters internally at Netflix. There was a level of arrogance about the whole process. Really kind of sad. At one point, the most senior recruiter said, "Everyone wants to work at Netflix". Ugh

Question 1
They didn't really ask me, they kept telling me WHY I didn't fit the company. They were most concerned with my lack of an MBA in analytics.
They really didn't seem to want to know my experience level or the breadth of my experience. It was as if, they knew before our conversation that I would not fit.
