I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NetSuite (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2016
Interview
Applied online and hear back about 2 days later asking to set up a brief 15 minute informational sort of interview. Was basically a background on me and background on the role. Next a more formal 30 minute video interview was scheduled with one of the hiring managers. This interview was also very straight forward and I was asked no technical questions.
Next was a super day in Chicago. this consisted of a evening cocktail hour to schmooze with the interviewers and then a full day of interviews. Sections were a group case study, a few informational sort of overviews 2 individual interviews. All was done in the conference room of the Hotel, literally everyone was slugging coffee trying not to get tired.
Ended up getting the offer which was bizarre. Recruiter called to let me know I got it, asked me if i wanted it. I replied that i would need sometime to decide. He gave me two days but said he wouldn't give me a formal offer (aka anything on paper) unless i agreed to sign it. The recruiter wasn't clear on the deadlines and after asking for an extension was basically ignored by the recruiter and a few weeks later sent an email declining the offer.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NetSuite
Interview
I applied on May 20. Their automated system responded to my application on May 24. I went through 3 interviews, each about a week apart. The first was a phone screening. The recruiter just wanted to know about me and went over my resume. Second interview was a 1-on-1 video call with a manager. It was sort of along the same lines as the first interview but a bit longer and more behavioural questions. The last interview was another video call but with two employees in the Technical Analyst department. More behavioural questions and alightly more technical. I received an an update/offer on June 27 but politely declined.

I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at NetSuite
Interview
The interview process was very straightforward and there were almost no surprises. The whole process was very transparent and I was aware of my status at all times.
The interview process started when I met a recruiter at my universities career fair and gave them my resume. Then, I received another email from a different HR rep who asked if I was interested and if I wanted to begin the interview process. Next, I had a very basic, mostly informational phone interview where we discussed the main responsibilities of the job, location, salary, etc. After that, I had a webex video interview with a technical employee who asked me a few technical questions, but we spent the majority of the interview talking about more traditional stuff (talk about a time when you were challenged, etc.). Finally, the last interview was held at one of their offices and lasted all day. There was a wide variety of topics, but mostly we discusses if I would be a good fit for the company based on my skills and experience, nothing out of the ordinary.
