Interview
The process was very professional, thorough and well organized. There were no "gaps" in communication or status, which is unusual for a larger organization. Interviews including HR, senior management along with potential peers in the role gave me a great view into the organization.

Question 1
There was great dialogue around "why NetApp?". It's a vague question, but inspired healthy introspection and transparent dialogue with the people I spoke with regarding the role.
