Rigorous interview with 4 different people taking about a half day. NetApp does a good job of determining not only skill sets but how well of a company fit. Overall it was a good experience and made me feel good about working for the company.

STEP 3: Senior manager round asked basic HR questions
Management is bad , took 4 weeks for the entire process , Got rejected for answering a question like this :
Question : Where do you see yourself in 5 years ?
Answer : I would like to see myself in a critical position of the company where I would be taking informed decisions to directly affect the Company's performance

It was good experience for me and I did have overcome the fear of interview and gained some knowledge how the interviews are being held.The Interviewers are very friendly kind and highly knowledged which made me really want to get placed in that company
