interview asked me to explain current project which i was working on .. I started explaining it took 15 minutes ..later interviewer started asking some generic questions i answered in own prospective she was not happy probably she was looking for textbook answers dumb people ..Please don't let these kind of people to interview at all ..and also importantly we travel from far distance to give interview in 15 minutes and generic questions how do you decide the person has knowledge are not ??? if you are conducting these kind of interviews please do not call us at all and waste our time .
