Had 3 interviews, one with two lower level employees and one with the head of the group. More behavioral asking my interests in finance and why Navigators. Very straight forward and everyone was very nice.

Interview
received a call from an HR employee to schedule a 1:1 interview with a high level employee, was asked questions regarding my knowledge of credit risk and a technical question, followed by a quick math one. overall not too difficult.
