I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Navan (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2020
Interview
My recruiter was extremely friendly and thorough. She was responsive, but process was initially VERY LONG (due to holidays). What seemed to be a solid opportunity (really was a perfect fit based on experience and skills) ended with less courtesy and professionalism than expected. Weng through 6+ zoom calls/interviews ... basically answering all the same questions, but not given enough time scheduled to really ask any of my questions in return. My recruiter had a personal family emergency so when two weeks went by without hearing anything I really wasn’t concerned. I was actively interviewing for other jobs but ultimately I was banking on an offer for this role.
Bottom line - I had to finally reach back out to the senior recruiting Manager and ask if they were still reviewing candidates or ?? He basically gave me a very short and curt email response saying “we’ve selected an alternate candidate thank you for your time.” No feedback.... nothing. So basically 2.5 months of my time was spent ... And they couldn’t even bother to reach out directly and update me or provide feedback. I know it worked out for the best - I could tell by interviewing with the team that I’d be walking into a hot mess anyway. They admittedly are lacking talent with travel technology experience.
I know it all worked out for the best but I’m just providing my feedback for others going through their interview process. And hopefully their recruiting team will read this (and the other feedback provided from other candidates) and maybe treat people a little better.

I applied online. I interviewed at Navan (Amsterdam) in Mar 2021
Interview
I was contacted by the company and scheduled a first screening interview, but then they never showed up at the interview on the day and hour that it was scheduled.
I sent them an e-mail about it but I have not heard back from anyone yet.
It's a really bad sign if the company can't even show up at job interviews that were scheduled and confirmed by them.
